Supplier-Managed Returns
Most items in our store are shipped directly from our suppliers. As a result, each supplier has their own return window and conditions.
Typical return periods range from 14 days to 45 days from the date your order is delivered.
Contact Us Before Returning Any Item
To ensure your return is accepted and processed correctly, you must contact us before the supplier’s return window closes.
We will confirm whether the item is eligible for return, provide approval, and send you the correct return instructions.
Returns sent back without approval may be rejected by the supplier.
Eligibility Criteria
While each supplier may have slightly different requirements, most returns must meet the conditions below:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and accessories.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will work with the supplier to organise a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved by the supplier, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing times vary depending on the supplier but generally range from 3–14 business days after the item is received.
